Experimental drug activates body’s own defences to fight cancer

Four of 38 patients with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma have seen the disease disappear following treatment, while five others saw reductions of 50 per cent in their tumours. New drug reportedly nearly halts Alzheimer’s

A new drug halts the devastating progress of Alzheimer’s disease, say British scientists. It is said to be more than twice as effective as current treatments.
